How Does It Work?

  1. Selection: Select which item you would like to purchase (1 session, 2 sessions, or 3 sessions).

  2. Information Completion: You can either email the eGift Card to the recipient (you will still be emailed all the information including the confirmation number) or you can email to the gift to yourself and give them the gift. (Recipient’s name must be filled out)

  3. Payment Options: You can either pay via apple pay or through a secure payment system that accepts all major credit cards and debit cards.

  4. Notifications: You will be notified and given a confirmation number and link to view your order. If you selected “Email to Recipient” your recipient will also receive a redemption code and a link to the website.

  5. Redeeming Gift: The recipient of your gift can contact clinician via email or phone to redeem their therapy session(s) or they can schedule a session directly from the website. You can also send them this link https://tiana-frazier.clientsecure.me to schedule their first session.

What type of therapy are the eGift Cards for?

It can be used for couples, individual, or premarital counseling.

What is the refund policy?

eGift Cards are nonrefundable.

Can I purchase them for myself?

It depends. It is only for first time clients. Therefore, current or previous clients are not eligible to purchase the eGift Card for themselves. However, they can still purchase the eGift Cards for their loved ones as a gift.

Can I purchase multiple eGift Cards?

Yes; however, you have to purchase them one at a time.

Do the eGift Cards expire?

The Gift Cardswill expire after 1 year. However, there may be exceptions that can be made on a case by case basis.

How long are the sessions?

50 minutes to an hour long.
