  • We currently accept Aetna & Cigna insurance. And, we will start accepting United Healthcare January, 2025.

  • You & Me + Therapy accepts Debit Cards, FSA cards, HSA cards, & major Credit Cards.

  • If you don’t see your insurance listed but you still desire to work together, No Problem! We can provide you a Superbill to provide to your insurance in order to get reimbursed for all or part of your session fees.

  • Please note that insurance is only accepted for individual therapy and is not accepted for couples or premarital counseling services.
